1. Return and exchange within 14 days
The buyer has the right to exchange or return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, if:
the goods have not been used;
the appearance and consumer properties have been preserved;
the seals and factory packaging (if any) are intact;
there is a receipt or other document confirming payment.
2. Goods that are not subject to return
The goods included in the list of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 172 are not subject to return/exchange, namely:
individual products or personalized goods;
custom-made thermal stickers and chevrons;
costume jewelry (if damaged or used);
goods with traces of use.
All individual products (according to a sketch, with a name, made to order) are not returned.
3. Exchange of goods of proper quality
If the goods did not fit in size, color or other parameters:
the exchange is carried out if there is a similar product in stock;
shipping in both directions is paid by the buyer.
4. Return of goods of improper quality
If you received a defective or damaged product:
you must notify the manager on the day of receipt or within 24 hours;
provide a photo/video confirmation of the defect;
the defective product is subject to exchange or a full refund;
we will compensate for delivery costs.
Damage caused by the carrier is compensated in accordance with the rules of Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta.
5. Refund procedure
Refunds are made:
to the bank card from which the payment was made;
within 1–3 business days after receipt and inspection of the goods.
6. Important
Used goods are not eligible for exchange or return.
In the event of a return due to non-receipt of the package by the buyer, the cost of delivery in both directions will be deducted from the prepayment or subject to compensation.
